The Hiccup!

The Hiccups on the pathway of life aren’t meant to topple us down but they do topple us down when we are unaware, blinded by our conditioning and served by the limited knowledge of self.

The Hiccups come greet us in response to our prayers, as a blessing to show us the path for experiencing the freedom and the feeling of fullness that we seek at the core of our every action, reaction and being.

Who we meet at this door step are our fixed ideas about life, limiting belief systems we carry, denial of what is, resistance to change, emotions like anger and sadness as conditioned responses, and grief from the loss of what is leaving (as part of transformation) to acceptance of the new that which is evolving, maturing, expanding and merging.

They are not the strangers who we are told to avoid, but they are the long lost kin of ours waiting to be found and held, lifted up to be cared for and nurtured to wellness.

No idea of perfection is worth the worry, the stress, the pain or the hurt, of ours or theirs, internal or external, physical or mental!

Let the joy and rest allow!

In the joy, arises love.
In the love, arises sincerity and dedication, diminishing lethargy and friction.

Where there is such love, there is purity and authenticity.
Where there is authenticity and such purity, there it is a place of perfection!

Let’s create with joy!
Let’s practice with joy!
Let the idea of perfection fall away, so the habit of comparison leaves the way!

Let’s not look for favorable situations (and people) in life, let’s make every situation in our favor.

Not everyday turns out to be the day we always want - Perfect! (according to our idea of perfection) Life has a way to remind us that we cannot control or change what’s already upon us. What came our way we already attracted it, Like it or not! How and Why, we might not know or remember but we somehow did and it is in our present!

Lights and Lanterns

The beauty of light is seen and understood in the midst of darkness! To detest the darkness and appreciate just the light is to reject the the reality in its entirety. Together darkness and light create the environment we need around us. When we like to see more light in our environment, we can lit the light within us, so others in the dark can feel it and find their own switch of light.

It Ain't Easy But Sure is Transformational!

The process of elimination or transformation of the old gunk, habitual patterns, or conditioned programming never felt smooth or easy. The older and stubborn the gunk, the harder and painful is the elimination and cleansing process. Most people stop going through the process as soon as they feel the first touch of pain. But staying with that gunk and outdated conditioning is harder and worse on the longer term health and wellbeing, than being with the pain through it’s transformative process. Because when the gunk is out, old habitual patterns are gone, the conditioned programming is transformed and the process is complete, what we experience is peace, ease, clarity, gratitude, lightness, expansiveness, and a joy and state of mind which is priceless!

Praise and Blame - A Sharing of a Performing Artist

Praise or blame based on comparison is never based on truth. It comes from bias.

When you hear yourself say it to someone or someone says it you, "You are an awesome person, so much better than this or that person", become aware it is not an appreciation of what is. You are not giving or receiving the praise from a place of full truth but it is a disappointment talking from a broken expectation. It is an appreciation/approval that fit the mold of an expectation which the other didn't fit. An expectation is very fragile, it can break anytime and there will be somebody else always ready to fill that expectation, once again in comparison.

Most humans can appreciate what they understand. What is not understood is feared. It is a limitation one expresses when they are unable to appreciate the unknown or perspective/action that does not fit their understanding (mold). When one breaks the molds to dwell into the unknown, a natural expansion occurs. The expanded view unfolds a new layer of appreciation for what was misunderstood or feared before.

We Will Meet Again ...

Everything comes and goes, people and situations.
There is neither beginning nor ending.
It's all a journey, a journey of different energies in motion.

We meet at our intersection points and we call it our birthing and beginning.
We leave at our departure points and we call it our loss and death.

The journey together is neither permanent nor impermanent,
It’s just a crossing of energies in resonance.
We crossed once and we will cross again.
We will cross again until we remember who we are once again.

Blowing Wind

What next? I asked as I contemplated and meditated.

Answer came… Do you ask the blowing wind what next?
It comes and goes, you accept it without hesitation.
You allow it the way it appears, without the thought of controlling it or resisting it.

People and situations of life are like the blowing wind.
They make us realize we are alive as they flow in and out of our lives.
Sometimes they blow us hard to help shake things off which are old and dying within us.
Sometimes they are a much needed cool breeze to help us slow down and calm down, as we grow the roots deep within us and bring to birth “the new”, for the next phase of our life.

Passing Clouds

Passing clouds have a purpose too - to give that extra little edge to the already beautiful soul which shines irrespective ❤️

And they are only "passing" clouds, never meant to stay permanent!
They come and go, with different patterns and different speeds, for different reasons and different seasons!
They come to enhance the beauty, they leave to show the beauty at all times exists!

Passing clouds with almost full moon, showing us the path to the way of life!!! ❤️

In my truth, I am constantly realizing and becoming. I change and transform every day. I can say who I have been yesterday, but that won't be true for today. I can say who I am today, but that won't be true for tomorrow. What I will be tomorrow...is determined by how I live today. A constant transformation towards who I really am is what I am today!

As part of this blog, I share my realization in motion. It's a commitment I make to myself to allow the flow. It's a practice I follow not to perfect but to allow just being me. It's a caring I share as I commit and practice with love and care.
