From Dysfunction To Awareness

​When we want to experience an aspect or virtue we lack, knowingly or unknowingly we start looking for that aspect in others (friendships and relationships) in the hope that they will complete us with that aspect we see in lack within us. 
 
The human conditioning to look outside when in lack or need, automatically and very seamlessly attracts such relationships into our lives that seem to complete us and somehow make us feel lively. And conditioning by default carries an expectation that the other will fulfill for us that which we seek (in lack). 
 
However, conditioning always forgets that it is in "The Other" we are seeking what we need and we never ever have complete control over "The Other"! So when people fail us in friendships and relationships, it is only because our expectation broke! The expectation that "The Other" couldn't meet or fulfill!

Are you Nice or Not Nice?

Never categorize or judge someone as nice or not nice, until they have fully found themselves. After which you will only fall in love with them.

No process or product looked or felt perfect during its transitioning to becoming. During the transition, one might act at times out of joy and at times out of pain. In this process, don’t forget we ourselves are transitioning into our being. When we are not fully ourselves, we experience pain. Judgement towards one or self comes from a desperate need to numb our own pain. Judgement is a slow poison which inflicts more harm to the existing pain. Categorizing someone or self into a category, only limits and delays our own finding of our self.  If we are carrying a judgement/view/opinion for self or the other, then we are indeed still in transitioning and not yet fully formed/become.

Pain has a special purpose in our lives. Painful emotion shows us the path to an aspect of us that needs healing. Don’t numb it! When we numb our pain with blame/judgement/distractions, we are denying ourselves of the ecstasy we experience from becoming more and more of who we are. So address the pain, feel it and heal it!  Everything that we heal becomes a joy! And every joy that we add transforms into what we call as Ecstasy (with full awareness)! (Isn’t that what we all seek at the core? Actually be in the state of ecstasy without inducing an external drug or distraction?)

Remind yourself very kindly every time you feel a pain (any emotion that which is not pure joy) that you are experiencing the growing pains of expanding and becoming of your full potential, and so is everyone else!

We (and they) are neither nice nor not nice, we all are just who we are in transitioning to becoming!

CPR:- Care to express and address, Provide room for Love, Reap the joy of Life
 
Emotions are best when expressed and addressed, rather than unexpressed and suppressed. 
Reap the joy of life through the process of CPR!!! Instructions below…
 
When in Anger...
 
  • Express how you are feeling (to yourself (verbally or in writing) or someone who is holding space for you in love without judgement and/or conditions.)
    • Note: When you are expressing how you are feeling to Social Media - Social media is a mixed group of frequencies and not to be misunderstood as a space someone is holding for you in love. While there maybe few who really are holding space for you in love, its better you reach out to them in private rather than entering the media space (where there is judgement coming from dissonant energies) expecting to be understood and accepted.
  • Cry it out (so that the anger flows out of you).
  • Scream your pain or anger out (so that it’s fully exposed to you). 
  • Yell your discomfort out (so that anger is still not trying to hide within you). 
  • Blabber out what is not making sense (what does not make sense only needs your awareness of its existence for now). 
  • Expense the unsettling energy by punching a pillow or by kick boxing, even better by exercising, running and/or dancing.

My Boss!

I work for Universe. My boss is very loving and kind to me at all times. I am provided with everything I need at the right time and right place. And my job is just to be myself. ❤
 
My job is sometimes a breeze and sometimes I freeze. And for those days I freeze, I was already given tools of faith and surrender to warm me up and move forward with my job of just being myself. ❤
 
On the days of confusion and deviation, my boss never fails to communicate the guidance through the channel of intuition. And to make sure my channel is always open and clear for receiving, I am to just continue with my job of being myself. ❤
 
For the days my channel gets rusted and blocked, my boss makes sure I still get my guidance through my colleagues, through my experiences that make me understand and follow through easily, and through signs and symbols that I pre-planted with my boss for these days of haze. ❤
 
On the days I fail to be myself and get harsh with myself, my boss sends me extra love and care, to remind me that it is through that which I am not I realize who I am and now I can do my job even better by being more of who I am. ❤

My boss trusts me even when I doubt my own ability to handle my job. When the job gets tough, I get a loving encouragement of my own inner abilities and strength, and a kind reminder which reads, "Ask and you shall receive. You don't have to move your blocks all by yourself. We can work together. I can see the bigger picture and can guide you to your next best possible action. As you allow yourself to continue being you through this guidance and your actions, your going gets easy. Your easy being is your success and your success is my success." ❤

My boss! Is the most loving and kindest of all! ❤❤❤

Everything that you have light or heavy, pleasant or unpleasant, animate or inanimate, as they are acknowledged you are brought back to the present in a state of wholeness where you HAVE everything you need TO BE and TO KNOW the best course of action from that place of your being, and that is Peace.

Grow Your Garden ❤️

Grow your own garden so that you don't need to pluck from other people's garden or become dependent on other people to grow your garden.

When one grows their own garden in love, they nurture it to their needs and tastes. 
Nurturing their own interests, opens more of their inner creative space. 
As the inner creative space widens, grows and overflows the garden in love. 
As the abundance overflows in the garden, sharing of the fruits and allowing the view of the (inner) garden emerges as a natural process.

In this space, in this process, each of our gardens emerge as our unique sharing, rooted deeply in our own being of love and abundance. ❤️

Let's grow the garden of our own inner love and light. ❤️

Forgive!

Through the external gesture of forgiving others, we are forgiving our selves for allowing the anger, resentment and judgement to stay in us and erode our within as we held onto to a false and limiting belief that the other was causing the pain.

The pain is expressed from our within to let us know that we are carrying that which is not love.

When we expect the other to apologize and fix it for us, we have not taken any action steps to clear the pain energy in our body. So our pain and discomfort continues, our anger continues, our resentment continues and our judgement continues. As we make the other in charge of making us feel good and feel in love, we become power less. As we hand the responsibility of our peace and joy to the other, we ride their emotions, their mood swings, their actions, and their reactions. We ride everything that which is not ours and lose sight of what really is ours to begin with. Our pain increases and our life becomes chaotic and out of control.

Let's take charge not because the other is right or wrong but because we deserve to experience joy and happiness, because we deserve to feel and experience pure unconditional love, because we deserve to experience our pure and clean energy which is free of eroding emotions, limiting beliefs and conditioning, and the illusion of the other.

Forgive - For Giving Ourself the experience of love, light and joy that we already are in our pure essence ❤️

Do we experience the human emotions as we heal?

Experiencing happiness, sadness, anger, jealousy, disgust and other human emotions is part of having a human experience. These emotions exist in the body as long as the human body exists. Some emotions bring pleasant feelings and some not so pleasant. When human body brings up emotions that are unpleasant it is making us aware that there is a dis-ease in the body somewhere.

​These unpleasant emotions are like the symptoms, they are not the source of the dis-ease. They are the tools/triggers through which we can find the way back to the dis-ease. The dis-ease that exists within us as a thorn, blocking us from experiencing the pure bliss that we are, in our natural state of existence.

What is Healing? Why Heal?

Healing is a feeling of wholeness. It is a state of being where one is able to connect with their inner essence (Soul) in love, generosity, abundance, peace and joy. It is a feeling of being in love, where sharing of the love is the only possibility. It is a feeling of authenticity, which connects us to the essence of our uniqueness in this entire universe. It is a feeling (cycle) of abundance, where as we give we receive and as we receive we give. It is a feeling (state) of flow, where we experience the oneness that we are with the world (and universe) around us.

​Healing is not a well thought through process. It is a heart-felt process.

    Who am I?
    In my truth, I am constantly realizing and becoming. I change and transform every day. I can say who I have been yesterday, but that won't be true for today. I can say who I am today, but that won't be true for tomorrow. What I will be tomorrow...is determined by how I live today. A constant transformation towards who I really am is what I am today!
